Chad Stary is President and Chief Executive Officer at First State Bank of Uvalde.
 
His diverse experience includes thirty-two years at small, mid-sized, and regional community banks and large, publicly-traded banks as well as the Federal Reserve System. Roles held in credit, retail, executive management, president/board member and regulatory experiences. FED experience specialized in bank holding companies with added bank examinations.
Today he’s managing the Bank’s total assets of more than $1.5 billion.
